Not sure what to do about this, Dynres loads the pack correctly, and manually visiting the URL links it correctly

DynRes, while quite simple in itself, allows for rather complicated configurations, making this impossible to reproduce without any other information (my test setup works).
How is your server hosted? Is the port opened to the public? Are you using a proxy like nginx? Have you configured that properly with libjf-web? What is your config for dynres and libjf-web?
Without further information, I can't really help you debug this.
